Staff of the Embassy of the Czech Republic would cordially like to invite you to a Czechoslovak Film Week<\/u> <\/strong>that will take place in the Czech Embassy Cinema on 19th<\/sup> \u2013 24th<\/sup>February 2018. <\/strong>All films will be screened free of charge.<\/p>\n

As for the Czech production<\/strong>, three viewer-friendly films were selected to represent the typical features of Czech cinematography. All of them also happen to be literary adaptations of Czech books \u2013 Capricious Summer<\/em><\/a>, <\/em>Lemonade Joe<\/em><\/a> <\/em>and <\/em>Fimf\u00e1rum, The Third Time Lucky<\/em><\/a> (screening for children followed by a film-themed workshop for children<\/em><\/a>).<\/p>\n

Spectators of the Slovak films<\/strong> are going to be taken into the 2000s, viewing a historical movie fresco, as well as a suggestive story, set in the rugged scenery of Slovak mountains \u2013 Soul at peace<\/em><\/a>, <\/em>Power of Good<\/em><\/a> <\/em>and Escape to Bud\u00edn<\/em><\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n
